The Department of Communications wants to update the Electronic Communications Act (ECA) of 2005. They’ve released a draft with many proposed changes, along with a document explaining why they’re making these suggestions.
We’ll be discussing the potential impact of these changes and what kind of updates might be best. In the meantime, you can have your say! The public comment period is open until December 19th.
