Notice to submit proof of compliance with annual licence fee and USAF contribution obligations for licensees

On December 19th, 2012, ICASA published a notice for licensees who haven’t responded to previous requests regarding license fees and contributions to the Universal Service and Access Fund (USAF).

If you’re listed in the notice, you must provide ICASA with:

  • Proof of payment for both annual license fees and USAF contributions
  • Confirmation that you’ve submitted your annual financial statements

This information is required for every financial year since you received your license, up to and including the 2011/2012 financial year.

You have only seven working days to respond, with a deadline of January 2nd, 2013. Failing to respond will result in your case being referred to the Complaints and Compliance Committee (CCC) for non-compliance.
