The Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) invites stakeholders to a workshop on the Radio Frequency Spectrum Licence Fee Regulations 2010. These regulations, taking effect on April 1, 2012, introduce a new method for calculating spectrum usage fees.

This new system is expected to significantly impact the industry, with positive implications for most users. Whether you currently hold a spectrum license or are considering applying for one, attending this workshop is highly recommended.
